Refund policy

Due to the nature of this small business, all sales are final.

We will accommodate exchanges for size changes, except for Pre-orders and items on sale.  Please note that for all exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back, and paying for the costs to re-ship the product. Exchanges can be coordinated in-person to avoid these fees. Please note that if there is an issue with an item in your shipment and the item becomes out of stock, we will provide you with a credit for the value of that item.

Daddy Day Club Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender. 

Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers must ensure that their shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not liable for deliveries sent to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the order resent.

Please note that all hat orders from Daddy Day Club Ltd. are final sale. Due to the nature of this item, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
